Adult Day Services - Our structured, comprehensive program provides a variety of health, social and support services for senior adults with functional and/or cognitive impairments. Easter Seals Adult Day Services is an alternative to nursing home care and allows an adult to remain living at home. Adult Day Habilitation - Day habilitation services provide individualized assistance for adults 18 years of age and older who wish to acquire and maintain life skills that will enable them to become and remain productive members of their community. Individual and Family Supports Camp Friday - Our monthly camps offer fun activities for the kids and a break, or respite, for their caregiver. These 2 - 3 hour camps are available on Friday nights in Columbia. Extended Day Program - An after school, work or day program for individuals with disabilities. A great option for families who work and need a safe and enriching environment for their family member. In-Home Supports - With the in-home option, support services are delivered in the home of the family and the family selects their own care provider. The program helps individuals achieve greater independence and enhances the quality of family life. Residential Supports at Easter Seals Lodge - Our fully staffed, three-bedroom home in South St. Louis city provides individual supports and temporary care for children and adults with disabilities. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 363 days a year. Children Services Child Development Centers - Our licensed and accredited early care and education centers offer an inclusive environment where young children of all abilities learn together. Easter Seals child development centers integrate early education, active learning and nurturing relationships. Kids are Riding Safely (KARS) - Our specialized car seat loan program ensures infants and older children with disabilities ride in vehicles safely. Lekotek/Toy Lending Library - Families learn fun, creative and healthy ways to play together and to include their children into family and community activities. Children borrow adapted and traditional toys, books and software from our toy lending libraries for use at home. Early Intervention Program - Specialists in early education help young children with special needs and their parents get the best start possible in learning. Speech/Language, Physical and Occupational Therapies - Assessment and therapy services are provided at Childgarden Child Development Center, the child's home or other community-based setting. Camping and Recreation Camp Free To Be - A summer day camp that provides quality camp experiences for children of all abilities. Participants learn new and exciting leisure interests. Summer Day Camp in St. Louis County - Children and young adults are given the opportunity to make new friends and to enjoy activities and field trips. FOCUS (Fighting to Overcome Challenges & Understanding Strengths) Adaptive Martial Arts - This is a program designed for individuals 8 and up with special needs. Participants have fun while improving balance, coordination, flexibility and stamina.
