Spaces are still available for UCP Easter Seals Heartland’s After Care

UCP Easter Seals Heartland has a rich history of providing the safest, highest quality care to individuals with special needs.  Contained within our specialized services is our After Care Program.  The After Care Program provides after school care and support for special needs individuals ages 10 21. 

The After Care Program is available Monday thru Friday from 2:00 pm 6 pm. This program provides staff-guided social and educational activities, social interaction with peers, assistance with homework as requested, administration of medications as prescribed and assistance with personal care.

Each UCP Easter Seals staff member demonstrates their passion for providing the highest quality of services to participating individuals and their families and is certified in CPR, Medication Administration and positive behavioral supports.
